We want every guest to enjoy a safe, comfortable and unforgettable stay at Sunday Club. Please review these important details before booking. **GUEST REQUIREMENTS & PROPERTY CARE** Sunday Club is a privately owned luxury mountain retreat, and we ask all guests to treat the home, furnishings and amenities with care. The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old, be present throughout the reservation and take responsibility for their group's conduct. The maximum overnight occupancy is 16 registered guests. Parties, events, smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests are expected to follow all posted house rules, property safety instructions and guidelines for using the hot tub, sauna, geodome, fire pit and other amenities. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay, subject to Airbnb's policies and applicable law. **MOUNTAIN SETTING & NATURAL TERRAIN** Sunday Club is situated on approximately two acres of beautiful natural mountain terrain. The property is entirely unfenced and features slopes, rocks, uneven ground and natural drainage areas. Children must be supervised outdoors at all times. We recommend appropriate footwear and additional caution after dark or during wet, snowy or icy conditions. **WINTER TRAVEL & WEATHER** Maine winters are beautiful but can bring significant snowfall and icy conditions. We strongly recommend arriving in a vehicle equipped for winter driving, preferably with all-wheel or four-wheel drive and appropriate winter tires. Please allow extra travel time during winter storms and use caution when navigating the driveway and surrounding outdoor areas. **PRIVATE PARKING** Complimentary parking is available in the driveway and designated outdoor parking areas. Parking inside the garage is not permitted. **OUTDOOR AMENITIES** Our private hot tub, infrared sauna with red-light therapy, geodome and fire pit are provided for your enjoyment. Children must be supervised around these amenities, and all guests must follow the operating and safety instructions provided at the property. Plastic drinkware is available in the lower-level kitchenette for use around the hot tub and sauna. Glass is not permitted in these areas. **QUIET MOUNTAIN SETTING** Sunday Club is located in a peaceful mountain community. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. **PETS & SMOKING** Sunday Club is a pet-free property.
